Eating Healthy is Not a Diet It's a Lifestyle!
A BREAKDOWN
Back in 2015, we were in a long-distance relationship while he was finishing up his thesis and I was working for an airline as an analyst. Like many others, I was just busy chasing my dreams and truthfully speaking, healthy diet was not my top priority until one day I had some unfavorable medical check up results.
I had found several cancer-prone lumps all over my breasts, had gone through procedures to take biopsy and has been closely monitored every 6 months since then. Each time I went through my regular check, I felt like I was waiting for a verdict at the trial.
A BREAKTHROUGH
This experience changed my whole outlook on life. So have my values and priorities. I become true to myself, grateful for what I have and need less social validation. I then took a life decision I was hesitating before, which is to spend my life with the man I love, setting aside all the differences of language, culture and nationality. I gradually learn to live fully, eat healthy, laugh more and worry less.
On the onset, changing towards a healthy lifestyle for a workaholic person like me was quite challenging. Seeing my ongoing battles with the lumps and daily struggles to switch my usual diet, high in sodium, unhealthy fats, sugar and preservatives, to one that is healthy and nutrient-dense, my husband started to make green juices with very high ratio of cancer fighting vegetables. Everyday, he makes sure I drink one green juice and I myself also learn to take great care of what I eat. Our cold pressed juices are my daily dose of vegetables as we packed 1000g of several plants in a bottle.
OUR JOURNEY
We then wanted people to enjoy our 100% natural and raw vegetables juices and improve their diet. In the market, there were no such healthy drinks, apart from several concentrate juices high in sugar, preservatives and additives. Well, that’s how Jungle Detox was born in 2017, out of our desire to share the undeniable benefits of vegetables juicing.
Another year passed and to my joy and happiness, my doctor informed me that, according to the last test results, gone were my former lumps of concern, and only cysts were found! Though we do not want to claim anything, we know that our nutrient dense vegetable juices had a big impact on my health.
Now our view on nutrition and lifestyle has changed and we continue learning about the healing power of nature.

Having experienced the life-restoring power of nature, we are dedicated to get our nutrient dense vegetable juices into the hands of as many people as possible.
We made our mission to help people reach their personal health goals. We passionately create a variety of programs, which will help people build healthier eating habits. We are thriving to be a part of people’s healthier lifestyle.
Most importantly, our purpose is to encourage and educate people to love themselves enough to live a healthy lifestyle.
